El Banco de Corrientes (BanCo) realiz\u00f3, recientemente en Corrientes Capital, su Asamblea General Ordinaria, la Asamblea Especial de Clases y la Asamblea General Extraordinaria N\u00b0 117, en la que se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la Memoria, Rese\u00f1a Informativa y Balance correspondiente al Ejercicio Econ\u00f3mico Financiero N\u00b0 75, que abarca el per\u00edodo del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La misma se realiz\u00f3 en el Auditorio Juli\u00e1n Zini y estuvo integrada por el Directorio del BanCo, encabezado por la presidente Laura Sprovieri, el vicepresidente Ricardo Rodr\u00edguez y el director Enzo Mar\u00eda; quienes fueron ratificado como m\u00e1ximas autoridades de la entidad financiera correntina. Tambi\u00e9n participaron el ministro de Hacienda y Finanzas de la Provincia, Marcelo Rivas Piasentini; el subsecretario de Finanzas, H\u00e9ctor Grachot; accionistas y representantes de la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Personas Jur\u00eddicas de Corrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la jornada tambi\u00e9n se procedi\u00f3 a la designaci\u00f3n de s\u00edndicos que conformar\u00e1n la Comisi\u00f3n Fiscalizadora para el pr\u00f3ximo ejercicio, siendo reelegidos s\u00edndicos titulares los contadores Rosa Pasetto, Luis Miguel Gutnisky y Bernardo Rodr\u00edguez. Desde la entidad destacaron el resultado positivo del balance presentado, y reafirmaron el compromiso del BanCo con el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de Corrientes, fortaleciendo su rol como motor financiero de la provincia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
